2018 Trisutto November Week – Coaches

Itinerary for 9-14 April 2018

(This is an indication and is subject to change at any time):

Monday

  • Athletes do their own easy run of 20 – 30 minutes before breakfast.
  • 8:30am Lecture, ‘What is Triathlon’ by Brett Sutton.
  • 11am swim training
  • Afternoon – Bike easy ride

Tuesday

  • Athletes do their own easy run of 20 – 30 minutes before breakfast.
  • 10.30am Run on athletics track
  • 1:30pm Lecture on swimming for Triiathlon by Brett Sutton.
  • Afternoon – Athletes own choice of workout

Wednesday

  • 7am Swim
  • Breakfast11AM
  • Bike Intervals or hill repeats
  • Afternoon – Second bike, either longer time trial efforts, or easy ride depending on athlete fatigue

Thursday

  • Long run before breakfast.
  • 10:30am Lecture on cycling for Triathlon by Brett Sutton.
  • Afternoon – is your own time.
  • Evening – meet for a team dinner

Friday

  • 7am swim
  • Breakfast11am Lecture on running for Triathlon by Brett Sutton.
  • Afternoon – Long bike workout

Saturday

  • 7am swim
  • Breakfast
  • 10:30 am Bike / run brick workout
  • Camp close
